ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The Ohio Statewide Floodplain Management Conference is a two-day, in-person, multi-track conference that offers sessions addressing the various areas and issues within floodplain management and the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Coordination of the conference is a cooperative effort between the Ohio Floodplain Management Association (OFMA) and Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR).
OFMA offers this conference to provide relevant floodplain management training and assist floodplain management professionals in obtaining continuing education credits/hours to support professional certifications and accreditation.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
To obtain continuing education hours, attendees will be required to verify attendance. OFMA plans to offer:
- Continuing Education Credits (CEC) toward Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) accreditation
- Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours that can be used toward Engineering/Surveying continuing education requirements
- Ohio Board of Building Standards Credits
