Exhibiting and sponsorships are cost-effective ways for your company to participate in this important conference on water-related issues in Ohio. The venue will offer a great experience for our sponsors with exhibit space adjacent to the meeting rooms and breaks. The conference audience is diverse and anticipated number to attend is 275 or more with the participation of our five Divisions as concurrent sessions.

WMAO Conference Exhibitor/Luncheon Sponsor
This opportunity is available for $1000. It is the best way to both support WMAO and provide visibility for your company. In addition to exhibitor privileges (see Exhibitor Prime), you will have the opportunity to address the luncheon attendees, your company will be noted as the luncheon sponsor, and offered a premier location in the exhibit space.

WMAO Conference Exhibitor Prime
Opportunities to exhibit in premium locations are available for $750 and include an eight-foot table (or open equivalent space) for exhibiting; promotion of your company on the conference exhibitor board and in the conference program; conference attendee list; and two paid attendee registration for the entire conference. Also, as a registered exhibitor, you may contribute company merchandise or other giveaways as additional door prizes for more company visibility during the conference.

WMAO Conference Exhibitor
Opportunities to exhibit are available for $550 and include an eight-foot table (or open equivalent space) for exhibiting; promotion of your company on the conference exhibitor board and in the conference program; conference attendee list; and one paid attendee registration for the entire conference. Also, as a registered exhibitor, you may contribute company merchandise or other giveaways as additional door prizes for more company visibility during the conference.

WMAO Conference Event Sponsor 
This is a great way to support WMAO if you are unable to exhibit or unavailable to attend the conference. The cost of $350 to be an event sponsor includes; promotion of your company on the conference exhibitor board and in the conference program; recognition of your company during the conference; and access to the conference attendee list.

WMAO Conference Door Prize Sponsor 
For the low cost of $125 you can promote your company on the door prize donor board and at the door prize drawing during the ice cream social.
